Setup

  1. After opening the Element app for the first time, select “I already have an account”. You will then be asked to select a server.

  1. Here, tap the last option “Other”.

  1. Enter matrixsrv.uni-wuppertal.de in the address field and confirm the server address by tapping the “Continue” button.

  1. Enter your ZIM login in the “Username or email” field. After entering your ZIM password in the second field, you can log in using the “Sign in” button.

The “Connect to matrixsrv.uni-wuppertal.de” screen expects the ZIM login to be entered in the “User name or email address” text field and the ZIM password to be entered in the “Password” text field. To connect, there is a “Login” button on the display.
